About Hyperion Analytics
Hyperion Analytics is an AI governance consultancy that helps businesses close the gap between adopting AI and governing it properly. We work with VC-backed startups, growth-stage SMEs, and professional services firms who are already using AI and need the structures, policies, and oversight to do it responsibly.
Why governance, and why now?
Most businesses adopted AI without a plan. Not recklessly, just quickly. Someone found a tool, it worked, and it spread. That's a normal adoption pattern for any technology.
The difference with AI is that it touches data, decisions, and outputs in ways that carry regulatory, legal, and reputational consequences. GDPR already applies. The EU AI Act is now in force, with high-risk system requirements taking effect from August 2026, and it applies to any UK business whose AI systems affect EU residents. Clients and insurers are starting to ask questions. And most businesses can't answer them yet because nobody built the governance layer alongside the technology.
Hyperion Analytics exists because that gap shouldn't require an enterprise budget or a Big Four engagement to close. Proportionate governance, built for the way growing businesses actually operate, is what we do.

Every engagement starts with listening. We want to understand your business, your sector, your risk profile, and what keeps you up at night before we recommend anything. The governance frameworks we build are tailored to your organisation, not adapted from a generic template.
