Most businesses don't know where they stand with AI governance until something forces the question. A client audit, a regulatory enquiry, a data incident, or a contract clause they weren't expecting. This assessment is designed to answer that question before it's asked for you.
The assessment covers five areas: how your business currently uses AI, how data flows through those tools, what policies and documentation are in place, how vendor relationships are managed, and what happens when something goes wrong. It takes around 15 to 20 minutes.
Once you've completed it, we review your answers and prepare a tailored summary of your governance posture. We then walk you through the findings in a free 30-minute diagnostic call, including which gaps are highest priority and what practical steps to take first.
There is no cost and no obligation. If the diagnostic call is useful, we'll discuss what working together could look like. If it isn't, you still walk away with a clear picture of where you stand. The assessment also identifies whether your current AI use may carry obligations under GDPR or the EU AI Act, so you know where you stand before the regulatory deadlines arrive.
